The name Pinsa is derived from the term “pinsere” which means “push the dough by hand” in Latin. The dough is made from a combination of soy, rice and wheat flour which makes the Pinsa a much healthier alternative to traditional pizza or bread.

Store in the fridge at a temperature between 0 C and 4 C. Once opened, the product should be stored in fridge (+4 C)and consumed within 24 hours. Produced Italy. To be consumed  aftercooking.

How to prepare it: unwrap, choose your ingredients and bake in a preheated oven  at 240 C cook for 5-8 minutes. The cooking time may vary according to the toppingchosen.
