They make a great centre piece to any dinner party and can be used in a variety of salads for that extra special touch.
Serving
To enjoy the full flavour of the mozzarella, consume on or within a few days of delivery at room temperature. A secret tip from our cheese maker: take the mozzarella out of the fridge, immerse the sealed container into a tub of 30-40 degree Celsius water and wait until the mozzarella warms to room temperature. Take the mozzarella out of the tub, unseal the container and serve.
